Escape the traffic and suburbs of Melbourne and you quickly enter areas of stunning beauty, such as the Great Ocean Road and my personal favourite, Wilsons Promontory. As you move from east to west, you quickly notice a change from lush vegetation in Victoria to dry grasslands in South Australia.
